How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to our support team:

What data will be deleted?
- Profile information (Name, Email, Academic Level)
- Study progress and statistics
- Custom flashcards and notes
- Streak data and achievements
Processing Time
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. Please note that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
