Sabak makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Sabak or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sabak's website.

The materials appearing on Sabak's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sabak does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.

6.1 Service Access & Evaluation: Sabak offers a complimentary free trial with full access to all features. Upon the trial's expiration, access to core educational content and Flashcards will be restricted until a paid Educational License is activated. 6.2 Local Payment Support: To ensure accessibility for students in Pakistan, Sabak supports local payment methods (e.g., EasyPaisa, JazzCash) that are not natively supported by standard in-app billing. This manual process ensures that our services remain available to users without international credit cards. 6.3 Prevention of Auto-Renewals: To provide a student-friendly experience and prevent accidental or unintended recurring charges, Sabak does not use auto-renewal mechanisms. All licenses are "pay-once" for a fixed duration. Users must manually contact Support via WhatsApp to renew their service. 6.4 Activation & Billing Disclaimer: Licenses are activated manually upon payment verification, typically within 2 to 4 hours. By using Sabak, you acknowledge that these transactions are processed externally and are not managed by the Google Play Billing System. All support and billing inquiries must be directed to Sabak Support.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
