By creating an account or using Sabak, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Sabak is a mobile application that provides pre-built flashcards for educational purposes. The app uses spaced repetition techniques to help users learn and retain information effectively.
3. User Accounts and Age Requirement
Sabak is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
To use Sabak, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Create an account using Google Sign-In or email
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use automated systems to access the service
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Sabak, including flashcards, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Sabak or our content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Sabak offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sabak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and should not replace formal education.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
